Bartosz Kaczmarczyk

The CEO of Loyd Capital Group and founder of Polski HR (previously named Polski Holding Rekrutacyjny). He has gathered his 15 years’ experience while working with recruitment companies all over the world. He continuously engages himself and the whole company in programmes for the vocational activation of people excluded from the labour market. Under his supervision, the Capital Group’s enterprises are dynamically growing and achieving better and better financial results. They demonstrate that Polish companies can perform very well at the HR market which seems to be dominated by international corporations. Bartosz graduated Marketing and Business Management at the Cracow University of Economics.

Ewa Kosek

The Director of Administration at Loyd Capital Group. She coordinates the Group’s administrative processes. Ewa creates and monitors office procedures and regulations, helps optimise business operations and administrative costs. She supervises the processes of investment, employee training and development, transportation and logistics, as well as the overall work of subject enterprises.

Marek Stachura

Financial Director at Loyd Capital Group. He monitors and coordinates the company’s financial processes. Marek is in charge of creating and introducing financial plans and strategies, analysing financial results and helping maximise income. His work helps the Group’s enterprises reach their long-term goals. His is accountable for some of the key budgetary decisions regarding the whole Capital Group.
